Watercolor\, gouache\, liquid acrylics\, as well as watercolor pencils\, crayons and water soluble inks are accepted.. Mediums\, gels\, gesso and other painting supplements may be used. Pastels\, gold and silver leaf are acceptable as long as water-based medium is dominant.. No water-based oils.. Collage is acceptable using hand-painted white papers painted with water-based media and no more than 30% of surface.. DESCRIPTION:Cheryle will be joining us again from Waco and sharing her techniques for painting children in watercolor. You may paint from her reference or bring a photograph. \n\n\n\nWatercolor\, as her primary medium\, lends itself to capitalizing on its transparent qualities\, allowing color to mix optically on the paper rather than mixing color on the palette.
