Laurin McCraken 3 Day Workshop

Laurin says:   When I look at the world and think about what I might paint I am reminded of the quote from Henry David Thoreau: “It is not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.” Then I ask myself, “Can I paint that in watercolor?”

Laurin will help us depict not just the obvious subjects of our paintings but also, all the surrounding life reflected there. You can see why there is such enthusiasm to learn from him.

Mr. McCracken holds signature memberships in  the Transparent Watercolor Society of America, the National Watercolor Society,  the Watercolor Honor Society, and  over a dozen others.  His prizes and awards are too numerous to mention here. 

Waterloo Watercolor Group will host a free demo on the afternoon of Sunday, October 18th  4:00 5:30PM

  • Cancellations within 60 days will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation/handling fee.
  • Cancellations within 30 days will be refunded 50%.
  • Cancellations 14 days or less are non-refundable.
  • WWG reserves the right to review mitigating circumstances on a case -by – case basis.
  • In the event of cancellation by WWG or the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances,
  • full payment will be returned to the participants.
