October 16 – Submission information due to Shevawn Eisman at shevawn@aol.com Include
Artist name, Title of artwork, Medium, Size (Width x Height), Price, Phone number, and an
image of the artwork.

November 16 – Deliver artworks to Gallery at 1:30

January 8 – Pick up artworks at 1:00

Waterloo will be hanging up to 30 pieces. You may submit up to 3. How many are accepted
depends on the total number submitted. Works must be family friendly for the hospital setting.
They must be properly framed with wire and d-rings. Paintings are to be labelled with artists
name, contact information, and title of work on the back upper left.

Artists handle sales. The gallery does not charge a commission on sales. They do want to be
notified of a sale and prefer that the work stay until the end of the show. They will also produce
an Exhibit Program with images from the show for publicity and will send us a digital copy that
we can use as well. As usual they will take due care but are not liable for damage or theft.
