Janet Fulk is presenting her Neurograph Art Workshop for us again!
Neurgraphic Art is a way for the conscious mind to talk to the sub-concious mind through images. It has proven useful in easing stress and anxiety, breaking negative thought patterns and reoccurring thoughts, as well as, setting intentions to change future thoughts and actions. This was a well received and fun workshop two years ago. Don't miss this chance to think about art in a different way.
You only need to bring your watercolors. Paper and pens will be provided.
